Senior DocuSign Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Senior DocuSign Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of DocuSign solutions across enterprise environments. This role requires strong expertise in DocuSign eSignature, CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management), workflow automation, integrations, and business process transformation. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, business teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient digital agreement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end DocuSign implementations, including discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable DocuSign solutions.
  • Configure and customize DocuSign eSignature, CLM, Gen, and workflow automation capabilities.
  • Design and implement integrations between DocuSign and enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or custom applications.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to improve contract management, approval workflows, and digital signature processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, legal teams, compliance teams, and IT leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct workshops, solution demonstrations, and user training sessions.
  • Support data migration, template creation, reporting, and document automation initiatives.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues related to DocuSign solutions.
  • Ensure best practices around security, governance, compliance, and scalability are followed.
  • Mentor junior consultants and provide leadership within project teams.
  • Assist with effort estimation, solution architecture, presales support, and Statements of Work (SOWs).

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience implementing and supporting DocuSign solutions.
  • Strong expertise with DocuSign eSignature and DocuSign CLM.
  • Experience integrating DocuSign with platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft applications.
  • Understanding of API integrations, REST/SOAP web services, and workflow automation.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • DocuSign certifications preferred.
  • Experience with document generation and contract lifecycle management processes.
  • Knowledge of compliance and security standards related to electronic signatures and contracts.
  • Prior consulting experience working with enterprise clients.
  • Experience with change management and user adoption initiatives.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.
  • Familiarity with integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Boomi.
  • Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or insurance.
